Mohit Khattar, is currently the CEO at Graviss Foods Pvt Ltd – Baskin Robbin. Prior to this, he had been the Head for retail strategy and branding at Godrej where he worked with companies across the group on their retail strategy and operations. Earlier, for over 7 years, as Managing Director of Natures Basket Ltd, he ran its strategy and business operations and scaled the business as a successful pan india entity targeted at upscale consumers. In the process, he created a successful brand and pioneered gourmet retailing in India.
Prior to his stint with Godrej, he was deeply involved with the scaling up, the sharp positioning and growth of one of India’s first and most differentiated retailers – Subhiksha where he anchored its National Marketing initiatives, was head of development of the private label portfolio as well as lead the operations thrust of the Subhiksha mobile business.
He has also been deeply involved in running and fueling the growth of several other well-known brands in his nearly two decades of rich experience in organizations like Titan Industries, Reckitt Benckiser and T.I Cycles of India, where he has worked during his career.
Mohit is a Mechanical Engineer and an MBA in marketing. He is married with 2 daughters and is based out of Mumbai.
