Mr. Mritunjay Kumar is Deputy Director at FICCI Quality Forum, which is FICCI’s specialized division for training and consultancy offering wide range of services in the areas related to Quality Management, Life Cycle Assessment and Management, Public Service Delivery and Project management. He is directly responsible for overall management of Training and Consulting portfolio at FQF which includes trainings not only on quality and related subjects but also on soft skills and behavioural skills from elementary to expert level leading to certifications.

He started his career with IT education industry and subsequently moved to management consultancy and training. During his career with education industry he handled large turnkey and e-governance projects in state of Delhi, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. Prior to joining FICCI, he worked with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) for 5 years in various capacity and handled management and process consulting assignments including award winning assignment for bringing excellence in service delivery for Govt of India named “Sevottam”(Hindi for Service Excellence).

He is a Chemistry (H) graduate from Ranchi University and holds Post Graduate in Information Technology and Management from All India Management Association (AIMA), Delhi.
