Priyanka is a lawyer by profession and has over 17 years of progressive legal experience with reputed law firms & cross industry fortune 500 multi nationals in the areas of corporate & commercial laws, mergers, acquisitions & divestments, litigation, dispute resolution, risk & compliance management and corporate affairs.

In her current role of legal, compliances and corporate affairs with Yum, she manages all 3 flagship brands like KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco bell for India Subcon. Her prior assignments have been with some of world’s largest organizations such as United Health group and Convergys, where she was responsible for the legal function of Asia region of these businesses. In her earlier days she worked for Honeywell managing the US and Europe sell side contracts for the Specialty materials division, with Pernod Ricard as Manager Legal and with various law firms as Attorney where she handled multiple Indian and International clients.

Constant evolution in every aspect of life is her key requisite.
